I personally think the buttons look ugly. I'd say that the onscreen buttons is a much better control method than the accelerometer, since I encountered some weird kinks in that... the game wasn't made for that kind of input. That was the pinnacle of the series. TH3 really didn't offer anything new as with 4. They were both still enjoyable, don't get me wrong. And I didn't get burned out until THU2. It just started to get to stale to enjoy after that. I'm thrilled they brough the best in the series out. After the massive dissapointment of Mike V, this is a welcome addition to the library. I just hope the controls work well. $en$or Well-Known Member Mar 24, 2010 146 0 0 Gaming Editor Israel #12 $en$or, Apr 1, 2010 Who know's who's the developers of this game? Ughhhh, this is just how I remember it. All those Friday nights huddled in front of my PS1. The controls are better than expected: not perfect, yet perfectly doable. The graphics are exactly as I remember them, which means charmingly blocky polygons. The buttons, though a little unsightly, are large enough to get my fingers around 90% of the time, yet small enough to give me a great view of the action. The only things I did not find intact or improved was the multiplayer, which is understandable, although I hope it is added later, and the music, which might have been my favorite part of the series. They've replaced all those great songs with kinda low budget punk, metal, one hip hop song, and a few instrumental tracks. I'd say boo to this, but I don't care. I just hope they allow my music in game, and then I'll make a playlist of all my faves from the original and listen to that while I played. Anyway, I def give this game the thumbs up, especially if you have memories with it, or you just want a solid skating game on your iPhone. Great, great stuff.
