      Try force closing all of your apps and restart your idevice and try again.if that doesn't work then I'm out of ideas. :(

      Yeah I've tried with Settings>Privacy>Advertising>Limit Ad-Tracking set to On and Off, going to Settings>Privacy>Advertising>Reset Advertising ID, and restarting my iPad... Just got no luck today.
