I got one Guys. It's every 3 songs a ad pop up and you have to be there it's gonna say redeem and if you don't press it before the ad is over you can't get the 5$. Good luck and if you skip a song you have to listen to 3 more songs before another ad

 

Did you just win it? I've listened to 20 songs in a row and haven't gotten my promo code yet.. Ugh lol

 

Yeah Verizon's website says limited to the US while streaming on iOS devices and while supplies last. I've been streaming for over 2 hours on my iPad and keep seeing the Verizon ad to visit their website (verizon.com/connectionday) but no $5 promo. Oh well...

Ya. I think they're out. I'm an AT&T customer but I'm American. No bueno. Yet another reason to hate Verizon. Haha.

 

Nearly four hours and nothing.. Never had any beef with Verizon until today, now I hate them lol

 

What does the redeem banner actually look like? Screen shot from anyone whose actually received it?

 

I keep seeing a Verizon ad but it just talks about connection day. Touching it does nothing. I'm giving up after an hour and 15 minutes

 

That's the same thing that happens to me.. And I was finally given an ad I could touch but it just took me to the Verizon website.. No code..

 

I didn't see any banner at all. What station is it?

 

Just got a Pepsi add... I'm starting to question the reliability of Verizon. Is it one of those random winner thingies?

 

It's just a station I created by selecting an artist. After a couple of songs instead of the album artwork I see a Verizon advertisement.

 

Happened to me too, is this Verizon's way of saying you're not getting a reward?

So I found the $5 Verizon gift in an iAd.

I had Apple Radio going for about an hour and decided to play Hungry Cat Picross, which uses iAd for its advertising platform. After playing for about 10 minutes I see the ad at the bottom for the iTunes credit!

 

I wonder if my weblock app (which is WORTH so much money - everyone should have it) is blocking the ads. It's set up to block all iAD stuff so that might be the cause of mine.

 

I think there is a problem with the distribution, as I got no ad to redeem my 5$ and I got this. The thing is I didn't get my 5$...

I'm really frustrated as I could have been listening to better music today...
