Hi, I was wondering why I should get a 32 gig iPod 4 gen instead of keeping my 8 gig iPod 2 gen. If some people could post everything wonderful that comes with the 4 gen vs everyting that the 2 gen needs, that would be great.
If you're trying to find a way to convince yourself the 4g touch isn't that much better, head to Best Buy and try one out. You'll see how this poll is only comparing the struggle in your head.
my son has my old 8gig 2g and i have the 32gig 3g and the difference between the 2 as far as speed and screen clearness is crazy, let alone mine can do alot his cant with the new IOS 4 stuff such as gamecenter.
okay who voted for the ipod touch 2... IPT4 has: - Facetime - Retina Display - Better processor - More RAM - HD Camera (2 Cameras In Total) - More battery life - Slimmer and lighter desgin
In the nicest possible way, and you're not the only one, but it's the people who hang on to the old devices that stop iOS gaming advancing because devs want it to work on old hardware as well.
Yea, because we all have a few hundred dollars to throw around on a new ipod. As a student I don't see it worth upgrading for a few extra games and some looking better. Just saying...
You must have missed my post. - Facetime - Retina Display (okay you can take that and still I would get it) - Better processor - More RAM - HD Camera (2 Cameras In Total) - More battery life - Slimmer and lighter desgin
I guess I need specific reasons why I/friends should spend $300 on a device that should perform just as well as the one I already have...
If you use your iPod as just an iPod the then save yourself the money and don't upgrade. If you wanna get laid by hot chicks everytime you pull your sexy 4th gen itouch then upgrade. /thread
LOL, so true. There's no reason NOT to upgrade, rather than not being able to afford one. I know how that feels. Hopefully I'll be upgrading around Christmas.
So is retina display, multitasking, springboard backgrounds, a camera, and 4x extra space worth the extra $300?
