Hey TA. I fully support you monetizing the website to save it, but don’t use Google’s “auto ads”. They pushed it too far over the years and while it used to insert a “reasonable” amount of ads, it now just goes crazy with a disproportionate number compared to actual page content. Try out the “advanced ads pro” Wordpress plugin and decide on optimal placement of the ads, not auto. (Even without that plug-in, you can manually setup exactly where ads should appear). Good luck!
