It kept saying the purchase was unsuccessful for unlimited retries and wasn’t recognizing the purchase even after using the restore purchases button. So I tried twice thinking Apple would just say it was already purchased and it would be free. I ended up getting charged twice. Pocketgamer gave it a great review and said it’s one of the best mini golf games you’ll ever play. @anthony78 they just dropped an update that mentions iap issues and errors and says to contact support. I got looking at the IAP today and can totally understand why you thought it was infinite retries (forever). I got on here to say I’ve really been enjoying the first world. They did a great job with the level design. I like how there’s a bit of strategy with killing all the bogies to unlock the hole, while attempting to minimize strokes, or “moves”. So far there haven’t been any forced advertisements, but you can watch an ad to get 3 retries. The retries let you continue on the hole you were on, rather than having to start the set over if you mess up a hole. That’s really unfortunate the way those IAP can be easily misunderstood.. Unlimited retries with a one off purchase making it premium is what I want. None of this buy a couple retries or unlimited for half an hour. But I guess you can just do the level again as a whole? I’ve been just watching an ad to fill the revives when they’re gone. Totally not necessary though. A lot of times I just restart the short 3-hole course. Also, there are no forced ads which is a huge plus. Although getting 3 crowns is it? Seems not too bad so far but getting that platinum is harder on one try of a course. Be interesting to see what they do with it as the game goes on.
