Indeed, how a person plays can be an indicator of their personality. And Refind Self is a game where you can learn about that personality. One play is about one hour. Just enjoy this simple test during your busy time. And the third time test will show all your personalities, where the end of the story is also not far away. ### STORY ### You are a robot with a human appearance. When the story begins, you stand at the grave of the Doctor who created you. The world is populated by robots in various forms, created for numerous purposes. Travel to places key to your memories of the Doctor, interact with the robots, and unravel the secrets behind the future the Doctor sought, and with what you were entrusted. ### HOW TO PLAY ### Go wherever you feel like, converse, investigate, play minigames... Simply play as it pleases you. There are no game overs, and there's no right or wrong way to progress. With each action you take, your personality will be analyzed. Once analysis is 100% complete... Congratulations, the game is cleared. Your personality results will also be revealed. If you want to know more about your personality, you can go back to play again and again. Of course, this also goes for those who want to know the truth of the story. ### PERSONALITY COMPARISON AND SHARING ### Your test results are stored in an online database, and you'll be issued a unique results ID. You can share your results ID, and view others' results to compare them with your own. Could similar personalities mean good compatibility? That's another way of having fun with your results. *Test result data does not include any personal identifiable information. The melancholy tone reminds me of To the moon, but more aware and self-referential. You are playing a literal game within a game, one that was designed to reveal something about the person who created the game and about you the player. The mechanics make every decision — even the smallest one — matter. I’m not one to replay games, but I can already see myself playing though this again to see where it goes. Music and visuals are lovely, too. Anotherkellydown and Rosso like this. Ghostdog1 Well-Known Member Jan 30, 2015 319 125 43 #3 Ghostdog1, Nov 17, 2023 This game should really get more attention. It is quite unique and has a great thematic depth. I played three times through the game and still didn‘t finish it because every decision you make in this game changes a lot and opens up really different paths. In the last run I found out there are a lot of other games hidden inside this game and I don‘t talk about the obvious arcade machines that are found in some places. I think the devs did market the game a bit too much in the direction of a personality test - it makes sense - but I view the game more like a time-loop point&click adventure with a lot of hidden games inside. After every run I was very intrigued to do a lot different and the more I play it, the more I need to save ‚both‘ hearts. Just to play it with your own personality will never let you finish the game in a good way. You need to start doing things different to understand all puzzles and get rewarded with the complete story. squarezero likes this. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
