The only resolution we can offer at this point is a refund, but it needs to be initiated from your end, as Apple doesn't provide a way for developers to issue refunds. The process is straightforward; follow the instructions to claim a refund: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084. We are working on solidifying purchases from our end and plan to push an update soon. When that happens, we will contact you and inform you about the same.
