It’s lovely on my mini 6. Has that great polish of the Alto games. It sounds weird but I really like the UI of this and the aforementioned Alto games. That and the cool upgrade system. There looks to be a huge map to explore with tons of varied side missions. There are so many sights to take in. When I played earlier today I got the second cape and the second trinket. The controls do seem to take some getting used to, but I can’t imagine how snowman could have done them any differently / better. And I feel like over the hour I played it I got more comfortable with them. I’m about to give it a proper go, as they say. On Android in both Alto games there was an option to skip a goal in exchange for some coins after a specific amount of unsuccessful attempts. Although this feature was always missing on iOS afaik making those games much more challenging. I’m level 11 atm and the goals becoming more demanding of course. So I’m curious what I’m about to expect. That being said I’m having a blast. Beautifully polished game with a lot of content, exploration and unlocking. A lot of characters to meet and chat, race against to, building connections with. Also, this is my preferred cape so far. Flying is slower in general, but it’s so easy to do tricks and any precise moves. And yet I’m still able to win any races with it (so far). Btw, touch controls just works for me perfectly. One of my favorite games lately. I didn’t have a chance to try other games because of this one. That was fun to watch. Now there’s proof you can be good with practice. I’ve been playing Hill Climb Racing and a bunch of the other Apple Arcade games that dropped. But I didn’t have a chance to try games I purchased, that are just sitting there on my devices installed and waiting. Like that new Lego game which seems to be fun.
