But I guess your can download and upload via code. Alex DeLargest Well-Known Member Dec 16, 2010 346 122 43 Male USA/France #17 Alex DeLargest, Apr 8, 2023 The upload/download works really well. Good enough for me and honestly a decent way to handle the issues with cloud sync that many games/users seem to have. Plus, as long as PC1 was (is?) supported, I’m not too worried about the server going away any time soon. About all I’d ask for in addition is maybe ITunes file syncing for the manual saves. I love gaming. I want to like games. I just really don’t like dealing with the shady crap so many mobile devs and publishers are currently up to. And I fundamentally think most consumable IAPs are a cancer preying upon the weak and young and and should be outlawed. That’s why I don’t even typically engage with those games or threads any more. The state of gaming, mobile particularly, has been horrendous recently, and 90% of micro-transactions, mobile and otherwise are atrocious. A recent example I’ve been irked by is Mighty Doom, not so much for the IAPs themselves, more the amount the packs have been discussed on TA. However easily the worst one recently has been Devolver Tumble Time, because it tries to excuse itself by playing itself for jokes, but then letting people actually buy the joke micro-transactions and leaning into stereotypical and awful free game design. Gonna pick this up tonight or tomorrow, depending on how much time I get. Collin, macplash and Alex DeLargest like this. Infuriating. And, I didn’t even start with complaining about that Doom travesty, because I’d never stop. The endless discussion about IAP value.
