I’m happy the devs decided to do this, especially as there was a ripped off version floating around on the App Store(along with a ripped off stacklands that still hasn’t been taken down!)
The pre-order pages are live for it’s April 25th release. The game’s first section “the forest”, will be free to try. Onetime in app purchase to unlock the full game, Similar to the PC demo version. The price will be $8.99 USD. There will unfortunately be no cross save. Reason being they don’t have the manpower to implement and maintain it without affecting their content development. Wow, $8.99 US for the unlock, and just $9.99 CAN. I already like this dev, and will likely unlock the game once trying it out.
Well, I have only played Roundguard so far, but I can tell that they are slightly different. In Roundguard, protag is itself a ball, who attack and get damage from enemies. Here you gather strength by popping balls.
