I stopped booting it up because nothing was happening when I closed the app but I come back to it the other day and that seems to be working now. Although I don’t think this game will be popular here as the payment model is horrendous. All the usually iap stuff but also the worst in my book is the remove ads and some others are monthly payments not just a one off, I refuse to believe anyone that isn’t filthy rich would pay a monthly bill for that! Also iaps just for the weekly events so you can try be number 1 so p2w on the event leaderboard. But if you don’t care about leaderboards like me and you only spend money to support the dev if you think the payment system is fair then you won’t have a problem because I’m not tempted to spend at all and I’m playing for free just progressing slowly. I do like developing towns and using strategy to manage my resources but it’s still a bit of a kick in the sack with the hero system. Still do-able with the gatcha heroes that work your buildings and boost production massively but if you’re patient in time they will come for free. Something about it just makes me really like this game. It’s tactical and strategic plus I like building towns up, it’s very slow once you progress so far but needs constant attention and adjustments when you have time to keep popping back in every hour or two. I played my first weekly event which runs Friday to Monday and completed it all getting all the rewards without having to spend a penny. So that’s a bonus for me that I can do everything in the game and not have to spend anything at all on the game and still enjoy it fully and complete events.
