My only hope for this game is further replayability elements after you’d purchased all the items. Maybe some battle elements but otherwise you’ll get mileage out of this unique take. It‘s quite different to poker - although you need to know the card rules of the normal game. But scoring and card tweaking are just much more tactical. You will need luck and strategy to get a score above 1000. And the game gets more complex and changes your play style once you buy more special items in the shop. Im a bit sad the gambling machine in the options gave me a fortune right at the start. So i could purchase nearly everything in the shop right at the beginning. I hope the machine gets nerfed so other players will keep on fighting a bit more for the upgrades. For me the Hermit fortune changed into a glyph once I had enough money. If im correct you need to have 2000$. But maybe something else did happen in the games that changed its status. BJ Malicoat likes this. To answer your question: The slot machine gave me first or second try a 777 after one game of poker. After winning once i tried to push my luck and found out you can use the slot machine to win a lot more because the machine will give a win every 5-10 games. It won‘t give always a 777 win but a win so your money grows the longer you play. So for me the first part of the game was just to get a lot of money with the slot machine. After winning enough money I bought most stuff from the shop. If my money dropped to low to buy new stuff I didn‘t go back to poker I just used the machine to get my money. It was much faster this way. Maybe you can help me with the endgame. I did get all runes and the fortune reading changed a bit to something i don‘t understand. I think there is nothing more to unlock. But at the normal poker table a full hand of Aces lets the runes jump like crazy but whatever i tried it didn‘t lead to anything. Did i reach the end already? Already is maybe the wrong word. Because it took me a good amount of time and a hell of a lot fun to get this far. So im happy with everything. BJ Malicoat likes this.
