Forgotten a name of a game

Can anyone help me find the name for this iPad game?

It is a game we’re you start on an island and you have a dude with a gun. You can get other islands with other people on them and connect that island to yours. Say you have two dudes, you then make them into a bigger and better dude. You can then fight other islands and if you win you get their island.
