I’m really enjoying this as well, but still getting used to the controls. Boy, a bit frustrating when bullets don’t really go where I aim. Double whammy of spending time to aim just to miss (and still take damage). After shooting, if I move too close to one side, I'll quickly swipe to move back closer to center of screen (if safe). I also did waste some time yesterday clicking on the ads to build up credits. While not necessary, the beginning 3 perks can really help. Some of the upgrades are similar to Mini Blasters from things like increase damage, adding more bullets, etc.. I did the best with the Laser weapon as it passes through multiple enemies in a line. I use that armor that I think give the explosion damage. I've just unlocked the missiles weapon and look forward to experimenting with it. With the new sense of movement control, I was able to finally experiment with different builds like in Mini Blaster. Ended up being able to make it past the last upgrade similar to Mini Blaster. I'm finding the game as rewarding as Mini Blaster once I got used to the controls (but I still mess up when things get crazy and swipe like crazy accidentally moving into bullets). elcrazy likes this. A well made, skill based, mobile device specific game, and it’s totally free with an optional ad. While the control needs some getting used to, it shouldn’t take too long to learn. Random skill drops and it’s variations, combined with multiple enemy types that get buffed as you progress really makes this game interesting. I'm starting to hit a skill ceiling in terms of high score (for me anyways) and has been fun. Nice to see (for my skill and play style), there's different ways for me to achieve about the same high score! I really should pick up Linear Shooter Remixed. I usually die around level 15 or so. My high is 158,880. Since I discovered the shop I’ve been having a blast trying out new weapons, armor, and color palettes. I love the last gun that shoots lasers (laser canon). I usually pair that with the 3rd armor (recon armor) that gives you more movement speed and faster charging. I’ll either use that or the last one that causes a death nova every time (ranger armor). You definitely should. I can usually get to a satisfactory level for me for these leaderboards, but never at the real top... I know you're a monster so will probably see you pass my score sometime! lol! This game (much like bullet hell games), I find I usually move too much and into bullets..so I ended up trying the last 2 armors instead. But...now seeing the movement speed armor also has +15% charge speed..maybe I should try it next! I unlocked laser first and thought it was so overpowered and kept using it. Then I tried the missile, then found it works great as well. Then finally tried that burst/spread one and found it also works great. Not sure which is the strongest..but part of the exploration. I usually play a couple games then watch the ad to save up for weapons and armor. Although, now that I have everything (minus the color palettes - I have like 3 or 4 of those), I don’t watch them quite as much. That’s a crazy good score! Enough to push me to try that much harder. Congrats! Yeah, those tanks always end up getting me. Sometimes I focus too much on them to my detriment.. Still haven’t figured out an optimal way to deal with them..
