I'm Denis, the developer of SiegeUp. I was working on it for the last 4 years, in my free time after work in the beginning, trying now to make this project my main job. My goal is to make a balanced RTS to play on different platforms and bring new players to the genre. I also feel that the concept of walls and sieges has not been fully developed in RTS games. Walls in SiegeUp allow bringing opponents closer to each other while keeping pace and diversifying the landscape. I keep working on updates very actively, according to the plan, 2 more races and tech tree to come by the end of the year. So, wish me good luck! It looks very promising indeed but I haven’t had the time to get my teeth in. Got the first tip from Reddit and am now going to dig deeper into the sub. Game seems to be brand new, so the processing app info may be due to that. Thought you guys may like this one. Old school RTS including a campaign, tons of levels, multiplayer stuff, level editor ... And all that coming as a premium game. squarezero Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Dec 10, 2008 13,716 1,240 113 Male Chief Strategy Officer Salem, Massachusetts, USA #4 squarezero, May 16, 2022 You’re good — thanks for the heads up. I was just wondering if anyone knows if they have quit on this game or not? The info says it’s in active development and the last update was a year ago mentions some stuff coming but I was thinking since it’s not been updated in a year maybe it’s been dropped from active development? Either way though it still sounds good for its price, like a budget age of empires. elcrazy likes this. ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 1,003 113 #10 ste86uk, May 22, 2024 I contacted the dev and he said it is still under development and another dev joined the project. But that he’s had to take a full time job so development is slow. Good to know if I buy it, it’s going to get a bit more even though it already sounds pretty good. Hoping I can turtle on it, I prefer that over attacking. elcrazy, sebgo and Samuel Dodee like this. elcrazy Well-Known Member Sep 19, 2017 707 562 93 #11 elcrazy, May 22, 2024 I just have missed this too. Looks like fun. I don’t play any of these because they are all freemium and can’t stand that. May give this a dl. Let me know how it is. ste86uk likes this. sebgo Well-Known Member Dec 26, 2010 834 399 63 Male 95% leisure. I can't stand voxels. :C=== I dig Rusted Warfare when it comes to RTS on mobile, although that one has a futuristic warfare setting rather than a medieval one. elcrazy likes this.
