What’s the point? Answer - the level designer. Quick to use and test, with indicators for beat synchronisation and dotted line curves showing jump projections. It’s fun making layouts that are not annoying, though it’s a pity that more of the full game elements are not available at the start. I did also try the sixty player multiplayer elimination. I managed to go back and beat the first level without using checkpoints but tried the next one and gave up almost immediately. Playing through with checkpoints on was actually really addictive. I’m not a level editor user (barely touched Mario Maker even though I bought it and thought I would love making them) so I guess we’re on opposite sides of this one, @Stronsay. Have you made any levels? If so, I wouldn’t mind trying them. I think you just need some kind of level code. Anyway, great twitchy game with no ads for those that like the punishment that comes with these games. I did buy the $5 IAP but I think it’s just to earn more resources for the level editor. I feel like I got my money’s worth even though I won’t use it. Lull4by likes this. I have zero aptitude for these games when they get tough. The super-easy levels that I make are really only for me and the dextrously challenged. I would still post them except that the elements I have to work with don’t include a finishing flag, or whatever is needed to complete a level. Out of interest perhaps you could look at your level editor @Anotherkellydown and let me know if you have access to all elements. I can only use the first six and there are another eight. I would buy the IAP if this provided the full editor but I suspect they are only unlocked with progress in game. I was unaware of Mario Maker so will will take a look. The achievements I got were mostly for 10 blocks and the ones I haven’t completed (and never will - no checkpoints) give mostly 20 blocks. So in order to get everything for the editor you’d have to be way better than me. Here’s an example of a couple achievements and their payouts: Stronsay likes this.
