It’s a quirky roguelike with a simple twist in that you can only attack by strategically placing your trap while avoiding the monsters. The monsters each have their own specific style of movement and attack, which -by dying and replaying- you get to learn soon enough. Anotherkellydown likes this. The monsters are very random as well, it seems that as the level increases the maximum difficulty increases as well, however the minimum difficulty remains low, so sometimes even further on in the game you get very easy levels. The replayability is good, the game has achievements, and the trap upgrades are really sparse so it is near impossible to experience everything within a few plays. I’ve been playing it quite a bit, and I am still missing a monster in my gallery. I don’t think I ever even saw it, let alone kill it for it to become part of the gallery. I’m quite fond of the seemingly unimportant notion of keeping your shoes clean, I can only assume it is an achievement to complete the game without any blood on your shoes ever. AltsKev likes this.
