It will stay right next to trailboss on my ipad. And a single premium purchase...I feel young again! Shimm5 Active Member Jan 28, 2016 25 1 3 #5 Shimm5, Nov 11, 2021 Agreed. It seems simple enough… but I’m just not getting it. Seems like a barrier between skill and easy flow. Asp Well-Known Member Aug 3, 2017 769 196 43 #6 Asp, Nov 11, 2021 Not so easy to pick up from the tutorial. I started by holding pump on the flat, and letting go just before a ramp. Fall back and hold on the flat again. Got some air after a few cycles. Once in that groove, hold again in mid-air and release just before dropping back on the ramp. You’ll want to hold pump while flying anyway to add tricks by moving the stick. Once I had all that down I added spins and grinds to achieve maximum dudeness. amusing Grace Well-Known Member Dec 23, 2008 1,685 8 38 Music, Muse, Magick Berlin, Germany #7 amusing Grace, Nov 11, 2021 thank you so much for this! Just gave it another try and bought the unlock 3 minutes later. So worth it❤️ Asp Well-Known Member Aug 3, 2017 769 196 43 #8 Asp, Nov 11, 2021 I bought it too. One of the few simulations that can be appreciated purely for the physics, and then keep practicing with to improve. I’m yet to complete a full 720°. Not sure if it’s possible. Can't jump the spine though, seems the game doesn't want to do it. Physics is entertaining but sometimes off. I like how the ramps and pools are just in a void and slightly zooming in-out with the action. Asp Well-Known Member Aug 3, 2017 769 196 43 #10 Asp, Nov 11, 2021 Thanks for post, hadn’t noticed the hardcore mode! Will see how that goes. RealisticArcadeSimulator Well-Known Member Feb 15, 2018 158 38 28 #11 RealisticArcadeSimulator, Nov 11, 2021 Well according to the dev: "In default mode your skater aligns with the ramps automatically when airborne and not in a trick. In hardcore it doesn’t, and also the tolerated angle for sloppy landings is reduced by ~50%" I would say it's accurate...some off the surreal landings are gone this way, feels more real to me. Still I often have a shiver like gut reaction of eating the coping. Asp Well-Known Member Aug 3, 2017 769 196 43 #12 Asp, Nov 11, 2021 Just when I was starting to land 720’s on the ski jump I see that was down to the wide tolerance on default setting. More practice needed.
