It’s buggy, freezes occasionally and “cards” aren’t moving correctly for me. Also, while it will orient to portrait, menus, etc. are cut off that way so needs to be played landscape anyway. Transaction hasn’t posted yet so can’t get a refund yet but fully intend to do so. sugimulm likes this. sugimulm Well-Known Member Aug 28, 2010 2,457 46 48 The last time zone for iOS game releases :( #4 sugimulm, May 31, 2021 dang. Also, Ui problems were fixed anthony78 Well-Known Member Nov 13, 2015 3,128 703 113 #6 anthony78, Jun 3, 2021 Well, they didn’t give me a refund so might as well download it again and see if it’s fixed for me. Brightsiderus Well-Known Member Feb 1, 2017 2,234 540 113 #7 Brightsiderus, Jun 3, 2021 Dunno. I love this game. Though I have been trying hard to understand the rules First game: Beach/Klondike you can stack «cards» one on another (red on black/black on red) and can get three cards in the upper left zone. You can’t get left and center “cards” before taking off the right card. Also, you have to send cards to the four pools zone, but first you need to find four stones/tentacles. You need to get used to it Second game: forest/Klondike. Similar mechanics: you need to build four towers, but you don’t have any numbers. But you can see ladders and oven. Stack them one on another (red/yellow on green/blue, vice versa) but I usually used blind tapping because I don’t understand how some sections can be built one on another, lol. Third: Pyramid. Basically it’s a pyramid solitaire (duh) and you need to do canopys from two Parts: heads and base. Kinda funny, but it’s mostly based on luck. Haven’t unlocked last section because I have troubles beating the Boss of the Pyramid. anthony78 Well-Known Member Nov 13, 2015 3,128 703 113 #8 anthony78, Jun 3, 2021 I play Klondike solitaire games all the time and that’s the most convoluted gameplay I’ve ever seen. It’s hard enough using the fantasy layouts but to add all those complexities onto it without explaining it is bad. They need to have a better tutorial. pyrrhonic Active Member Mar 23, 2015 29 0 1 #9 pyrrhonic, Jun 11, 2021 Last edited: Jun 11, 2021 I’m “enjoying” it fine, which is to say, I’m playing it sort of obsessively. It’s just not always a great feeling, ha ha >_< I like the lack of explanation, and I get what the dev is probably going for, there, but I also agree that such a thing scratches a very particular itch that only a niche group of customers are likely to have. Explanations, legends, tutorials, or at the bare minimum, a link to where help can be found: these are pretty standard customer expectations these days. Not many people like having a very particular gaming experience forced upon them, irrespective of their preferences. Anyway, I DO like the game and think it has lots of potential. I began to enjoy it FAR more after rage-googling the odds of a Klondike hand being unwinnable, because it really felt like I was getting stuck far too often. Turns out, though, that unwinnable hands are dealt on the regular with this particular (3 card draw) type of Klondike, and that the best strategy is to learn to identify those early so you can waste less time and start over. I believe the old school windows solitaire game probably had some uptuning of the RNG for the sake of user experience (or they might have even been entirely pre-constructed decks). Anyway, quick question: what do I do with the boss of the beach? oh! Also! Feature request (and speaking of run-of-the-mill customer expectations): a mute/volume slider for the sound effects, please! realkyllin New Member Jun 22, 2021 1 0 1 Male #10 realkyllin, Jun 22, 2021 I too need to know what to do with the beach boss Brightsiderus Well-Known Member Feb 1, 2017 2,234 540 113 #11 Brightsiderus, Jun 23, 2021 Use Bomb on octopus, then tap both of his eyes, he’ll spit some too and seagull will come. Send seagull to the boss when his mouth open, but don’t forget to get rid of tentacles. After that, throw bomb in a mouth RogueSolo007 New Member Jun 28, 2021 1 0 1 Male #12 RogueSolo007, Jun 28, 2021 I've been enjoying the game but do find the loss-rate pretty high. I just completed the pyramid game and am doing 'The tomb' boss battle. Has anyone completed this yet? It appears you need to pick three symbols to put in the center of the sarcophagus, but I have been unable to figure out how to solve the puzzle. Any tips would be appreciated. thx vectorarchitekt Well-Known Member Dec 29, 2013 2,489 177 63 #13 vectorarchitekt, Jan 4, 2023 I bought this game but I can’t even figure out how to get past the first beach level with the multi-colored stones or tiles or whatever they are Alex DeLargest likes this.
