And the Cancel button doesn’t work. Just have to kill the game. Could be that I’m just too early into the game. (Servers just came online) Tutorial felt quite polished. Good production values. I am impressed and eager to play more. Although it’s the same RPG stuff we have seen in the past, it does have a neat counter mechanic which is new. (At least to me) Hope I can find players soon. (There was an issue with matchmaking at launch which had to be patched. I don't think async PvP would have caused such a severe issue) Overall, the game is quite impressive though. Yes, it's your run-of-the-mill gacha RPG but it's very very polished and doesn't clutter your UI with a thousand menus and a pop-up every 5 sec. (I'm sorry but I just cannot stand those) Graphics and animations are a huuuuge upgrade from the first game and there is a clear focus on PvP and competitive gameplay here. You know that by completing the tutorial. PvP mode unlocks first and the other modes, including singleplayer are still locked. I like games whose devs know exactly what they want. Also, they don't bother with giving you lengthy story beats or dialogues between characters because the devs know people playing this game don't give a s**t about all that. (/clap) Even the IAPs are pretty clear cut and easy to grasp. Nothing too complicated. And no VIP, subscription or battle/season pass yet. (From what I've seen) I must say, even though I am almost saturated by these gacha RPGs, I am quite liking this one.
