I’m not a fan of frantic platformers but this looks more like my speed, and I like metroidvania type games. I got a couple of questions though. 1. How does the save system work? Check points or save at any time? 2. Is there a map to show your location? 3. Approx how long to complete the game? Thanks. lastmandancing likes this. There are save spots located throughout the levels. They’re pretty generously placed, but not so easy that you never lose progress. 2. The map opens up room by room as you discover each new room. 3. I haven’t finished it yet but I’ve beaten one boss and put about an hour in so far. Overall great experience so far, as I haven’t spotted any bugs and the controls work well enough. There’s nothing that really stands out to me that would make this a must own, but it’s nice to support indie devs, so I’d say go for it if you like pretty straightforward action platformers / metroidvanias. stubbieoz and lastmandancing like this. Yes, this game supports controller input, but with some limitations. So, you can use the controller while ingame, but you still have to use the touch controls to get through the menu. Also, you can't remap buttons yet. I tested the game with a controller from an unknown manufacturer and it works fine. lastmandancing Well-Known Member Dec 20, 2019 80 28 18 Male #9 lastmandancing, Apr 16, 2021 Last edited: Apr 16, 2021 Hi, thanks for your interest. What i mean by official is that Apple provide a game controller framework and code which is built into iOS, way back since iOS7 release. All official controllers (there are many) like Brian's rely on game developers to use Apple's guidelines and code to implement support in their game. Since the release of iOS13 Dualshock 4 and XBX one controllers where added to this framework.. When iOS14.5 Get's released next week, they will add support for 2 more controllers, PS5 DualSense and XBX One X controllers. Generic bluetooth controllers are not what im talking about, but only those officially supported by Apple using their Game Controller Framework, as an Apple App Dev all the info and XCode examples are available on https://developer.apple.com/documentation/gamecontroller/ lastmandancing and Son of Anarchy like this. lastmandancing Well-Known Member Dec 20, 2019 80 28 18 Male #14 lastmandancing, Apr 16, 2021 Thank you.
