I love the old school jump and shoot action, AND there are upgrades, AND you have to free hostages, it's very nicely done imo. What I don't like: there are levels, but not in the traditional sense. They are part of a run, you can't say screw it, I'll come back to try to get all three hostages later. What's worse, your hostages need to stay alive, but they are suicidal. There is a sort of lowered ground trap that you can't shoot but have to jump over. And even though your Chickens are flying the whole damn time, the moment you jump over one of these traps, the Chicken dive straight into it. Bam, dead. Your concentrated, slow approach 15 minute run: ruined. If I don't find a solution, this would be a text book example of a game breaker for me. Hella frustrating.
