I do enjoy having games I can pickup and do a level or few in a couple of minutes to 5 minutes as I often get small pit stops at work where I can’t play big games that need more time like Xcom 2 I can’t pick that up for 5 minutes! squarezero Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Dec 10, 2008 13,716 1,240 113 Male Chief Strategy Officer Salem, Massachusetts, USA #4 squarezero, Nov 18, 2020 Same impressions, but stuck in the same place. Seems to me like the tutorial doesn’t quite prepare you for this new game mechanic. macplash Well-Known Member Apr 17, 2014 2,645 1,103 113 Male 3D artist Munich, Germany #5 macplash, Nov 18, 2020 I don’t have time for this now, but I’m getting it anyway. It’s right up my alley. The visuals, the music. And the gameplay seems pretty unique and fun. And it has editor to create our own levels? Priceless! I’m just curious how level sharing works. Is it code based (like e.g. Pocket City) or is there a 3rd party account required (like Levelhead) or something else? On iOS it’s always been a problem with level sharing afaik. It's best to hold the device with one hand and then do your tilting with your index finger, as sometimes you need to do some extremely fast twisting of the entire level which just isn't possible with short thumb swipes. For level 2-1 itself: Spoiler Tilt things so that the skull falls down to the hallway with the stairs, and you stay in the middle hallway. Then tilt to make the skull fall down on top of the stairs and you against the back wall (the ground now, based on how the level is tilted). Now spin a complete 180 so both of you now fall to the opposite wall of where you were both standing. Now spin things 180 again back the way you just were in a way such that the skull now falls into what was the starting hallway and you then fall into the shortest hallway (this was the hallway where the skull first was when you started). Now just spin things around slowly so that you fall down into the hallway with the exit stairs while the skull remains in the middle hallway. squarezero Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Dec 10, 2008 13,716 1,240 113 Male Chief Strategy Officer Salem, Massachusetts, USA #11 squarezero, Nov 18, 2020 Thanks, Boardumb. That did it — I kept making small adjustments rather than broad, 180 degree slides. Maybe that’s what should be introduced in the tutorial. I think otherwise you may find a lot of players unnecessarily giving up in frustration. Just got the newest update with sensitivity settings and a few other things like “reduced initial difficulty”. I cranked the sensitivity all the way up to 6 and it feels better. Still think it could be higher though. I’m gonna try using my index finger, like Jared mentioned above, for a little while and see how that feels. I do love the game concept, graphics, and the catchy tunes. I think I just need a lot more practice. edit: I tried the index finger method and couldn’t get used to it. I did get further into the level at least. (You must log in or sign up to post here.) Show Ignored Content Share This Page Tweet Your name or email address: Password: Forgot your password?
