The blue bar in the top center of the screen is the cooldown bar, you can only shoot when it’s full. Finally, on the top right you will find a warning sign, when this sign lights up that means you only have a few seconds to defeat the foe, otherwise you will lose the game. However, the dev needs to care about the presentation. In game models look like those from early 90s, attack animations have only 2 frames and repeated in a comically short cycle, and the sound effects that I feel like my soul is being sucked out of my ears every time when one is played. I can tolerate dated graphic models, but it would drive me nuts that the barrel of the weapon isn't inline with the crosshair. Then I got to the actual aliens portion of the trailer and I rescind my tolerance of dated graphic models. Those are absurd. This needs more time in the oven.
