Maybe it's revealed in the game Liontech Studios Well-Known Member Feb 4, 2020 112 31 28 #9 Liontech Studios, Sep 1, 2020 Thanks, the iAP is £1.99. It was working in the sandbox environment, possibly an apple issue. I will look into it. Thanks. Stag Well-Known Member Nov 18, 2017 316 64 28 #10 Stag, Sep 1, 2020 Looks cool. Will wait until the ad removal for IOS works properly. What are the controls like....swipe, tap? Liontech Studios likes this. Liontech Studios Well-Known Member Feb 4, 2020 112 31 28 #11 Liontech Studios, Sep 1, 2020 Thanks, I spoke with Apple. They said sometimes the iAP takes a while to start working from the store. It's been tested and approved by them so should start working soon. The controls are just swipe to hit the ball in the direction you want. Stag Well-Known Member Nov 18, 2017 316 64 28 #12 Stag, Sep 1, 2020 Ok great. Thanks so much. Liontech Studios likes this. I'm finding it much too easy to win almost every point. If your target audience is young children then the degree of challenge is probably fine, but for adults it becomes monotonous to win every game with minimal effort. It's a difficult balance to achieve, the game is targeted to a younger audience so I did want to keep it on the easier side however I will look into having some difficulty settings in a future update so older/better players can find the game challenging too. @anthony78 Try waiting for the ball to come a little closer to the player, other people who found it difficult were swiping way too early. Hopefully, that helps. anthony78 Well-Known Member Nov 13, 2015 3,128 704 113 #17 anthony78, Sep 2, 2020 Thanks. Sometimes it seems like I swipe forward and it registers one of those red mistakes like I hit it wrong. I’m good most of the time though. Fun little casual tennis game! (But still waiting to be able to buy that no ads IAP) Liontech Studios likes this. The iAP should be working now, I just checked it and it's working fine here. I have had some user's buy it already too. Grist Well-Known Member Nov 7, 2008 362 25 28 VP of Marketing Massachusetts #19 Grist, Sep 2, 2020 This is an almost identical clone of an Android game called "Mini Tennis Tournament: sport game" by Tkashi, as well as one or two others on Android. They all suffer from the same problem as "J.J.", offering minimal challenge for older users. Liontech Studios Well-Known Member Feb 4, 2020 112 31 28 #20 Liontech Studios, Sep 2, 2020 Thank you for your comment. I used a template as a starting point for this game and built on it. I think I mentioned to you last time on a previous post that I am a sole dev trying to get better and learn game dev, so from time to time I will use a template as a starting point to build from that. This is so I can learn how some things are done and make better games in the future. I saw the game you mentioned and can see that its just released the template as it was. There is no new features added in that game. Thanks again. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
