Another game with auto battles? Meh. @WeAreHikers there are lots of similar games. WeAreHikers Member Jun 2, 2018 15 3 3 Male #3 WeAreHikers, Jun 29, 2020 The thing about our game that is different than most other Card Battles is that players can actually walk around the map, talk with NPC, solve quests, find treasures and learn the story of the game (like classic RPG). It would be great if you can try our game and give us some suggestions. It would mean a lot for us ste86uk and Myndaen like this. adamphetamine Well-Known Member Jan 4, 2011 968 31 28 Programmer/3D Modeling Bethlehem, Pa #4 adamphetamine, Jun 29, 2020 Agreed. There are so many of these games that I don't understand why devs keep making more ugh. There's so many other things they could have done with an RPG game but they went this route which is a shame. Nothing new or interesting here IMO. Jstorm Well-Known Member Feb 2, 2020 1,082 474 83 Male Employed Earth #5 Jstorm, Jun 29, 2020 Well, they supply such games because there is demand. I don’t think majority of people active on this forum are interested in idle games though. I too don’t see any value in these auto-battle/AFK/idle games because I want to play games that I can take the full control of the outcome. WeAreHikers Member Jun 2, 2018 15 3 3 Male #6 WeAreHikers, Jun 29, 2020 Thank you guys for the feedback. To make our game stand out and escape from the usual loop, we invested a lot in the story, along with the open environment for the players to freely explore the map. We will continue to improve on this story mode to improve players' experience in future updates. ste86uk likes this. squarezero Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Dec 10, 2008 13,716 1,240 113 Male Chief Strategy Officer Salem, Massachusetts, USA #7 squarezero, Jun 29, 2020 Okay — I’ll bite. My personal beef is with Auto Battlers, where all the “gameplay” is in the hero collecting an leveling. Combining an auto battle mechanic with traditional JRPG exploration mechanics sounds pretty much like Xenoblade Chronicles. WeAreHikers likes this. A filter of some sort to put in order the heroes, for example by level reached, would be IMHO very useful, especially when you have many heroes on the screen to choose from. Anyway, very good game!! I am around map 8 bit it was getting difficult about map 7 and yes I know how to upgrade everything. Still loving it just a little harder now. WeAreHikers Member Jun 2, 2018 15 3 3 Male #16 WeAreHikers, Jul 2, 2020 Glad to hear your feedback. If you are a bit slow on Campaign, you can try out other activities in the game such as Demon Queen's Palace, Tower, World Portal, Arena, or Clan War... We will try to make sure players have a lot of things to progress every day, not just rely on Idle rewards. Trying it again and I do like the campaign having the story and items to find mixed with the hero and equipment part of the game, although I do wish battles were turn based. I’m unsure how long it’ll stick with me but it looks good and is entertaining, something I can play while I watch tv really when I’m not focusing fully. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
