Just wished there was a bit more linearity to the story initially before opening up. Let’s see. Hopefully I’m wrong. ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 1,003 113 #6 ste86uk, Jun 24, 2020 Sounds worrying. metalcasket Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Patreon Gold Patreon Bronze May 24, 2010 11,065 1,342 113 Deepest Circle, Hel #7 metalcasket, Jun 24, 2020 Don’t be worried about it. It just takes a little while to get used to swiping below the set pieces to look around, while swiping on them to move between them. So yeah, I was afraid what we were getting was going to be some kind of bite-sized puzzle game that takes queues from Monument Valley and such games, but instead...this is basically point and click reimagined. Like Rocksaint said above, it doesn’t take long before you’re throw into the proverbial deep end and despite how simple-looking the game is, it’s quite convoluted and misleadingly open world. In a very good way, mind you. Don’t worry, I’m not talking about 90’s LucasArts logic. Great stuff. Glad I stuck with it, else I would have judged unfairly way too soon. ste86uk likes this. ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 1,003 113 #8 ste86uk, Jun 25, 2020 @metalcasket Thanks for that, that makes me feel less worried. Mine just downloaded but it’s bedtime as it often is when they do so hopefully I’ll get time to check it out tomorrow. Not sure if I am supposed to press buttons in a particular order. (Already looked through the telescope.) Aesthetics remind me of Possessions in the Apple Arcade program. Definitely different and innovative. No crashes or bugs thus far. Brightsiderus Well-Known Member Feb 1, 2017 2,234 540 113 #10 Brightsiderus, Jun 25, 2020 You need to push only two buttons. One is the constellation in the telescope, another should be on the poster. DonnyDJ76 likes this. slewis7 Well-Known Member Apr 6, 2011 3,768 41 48 Male Retired! Neat looking game so far. orangecan Well-Known Member Aug 9, 2011 2,000 150 63 #12 orangecan, Jun 25, 2020 Like other posters I’m really struggling with the swipe mechanic at the moment, but I’m sure that’ll grow on me as it has with other players but my main issue at the moment is the lack of map - I seem to spend half my time just wandering trying to remember where things were and I’m only very early on in the game. I found somewhere earlier and I just can’t for the life of me find it again! I hope I can get over my issues because on every other front I really like it. slewis7 Well-Known Member Apr 6, 2011 3,768 41 48 Male Retired! Houston, TX #13 slewis7, Jun 26, 2020 I have gotten the hang of the interface now. I also located the clue to the first number of the safe and the safe is now open for me. Cool puzzles so far and good challenge level! (You must log in or sign up to post here.) Show Ignored Content Share This Page Tweet Your name or email address: Password: Forgot your password?
