Angelo and Deemon: One Hell of a Quest is a classic point and click adventure game inspired by the best works of LucasArts and Double Fine Productions! A lightning strike ignites a breathtaking chain of events, and a blogger follows the Grim Reaper to Hell. Angelo’s channel suffers from a lack of likes and views. He needs them. At any cost. Deciding to record his journey to another world with the Grim Reaper, he hopes he can create the most trending, most liked most hyped video of all time. Unfortunately for Angelo, that world is Hell. And it’s inhabited by people with more than a few problems, who will need his help. Make a visit to the Devil himself! But be careful because... well…you'll see. In Hell, Angelo won’t be traveling alone. Even a blogger needs a sidekick. What you can expect: • Expressive and somehow slightly familiar characters • A helluva great looking game with lots of levels, but no pixel art! • Addictive and mind-blowing puzzles. This game makes you think (unlike other games)! • Not pixel art graphics! (in case you missed the line above) • Funny dialogue. A cocktail of humor and philosophy; delivered in snappy soundbites! • Too many cocktails are harmful, so our lines are sophisticated. Making you smile and think at the same time by using only a few words (like now) • You won’t forget these characters’ lines, even if you try. Each character has their own issues. (Who doesn’t have issues, right?) • WARNING!!! There is a chance you’ll like it in Hell and won’t be scared anymore Information Seller:Dmytro Cheglakov Genre:Adventure, Puzzle Release:Jun 01, 2020 Updated:Sep 30, 2021 Version:1.7.4 Size:609.2 MB TouchArcade Rating:Unrated User Rating:Unrated Your Rating:unrated Compatibility:HD Universal https://apps.apple.com/us/app/angelo-and-deemon/id1508486574 Point n Click game (free to try and then unlock the full game) Trailer Pictures ste86uk likes this. ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 999 113 #2 ste86uk, Jun 3, 2020 I’m not sure I like the graphics or the video It’s maybe not my style but it’s a point and click and free to try so I’ll take a look at it. orangecan Well-Known Member Aug 9, 2011 2,000 150 63 #3 orangecan, Jun 4, 2020 Last edited: Jun 4, 2020 I’ve just given it half an hour or so. It’s clearly a well put together thing with a lot of love gone into it and it’s got the look and feel of a Lucasarts game, but I’m really struggling to get on with the controls/interface. There’s no option just to look about and highlight areas to interact with. You can put your finger on the screen and drag and if you hit something ‘active’ the name will pop up, and you can then go closer, but you’re also moving the character at the same time and it just feels really awkward and tricky to navigate and very difficult to work out what items you can and can’t use. It’s not doing it for me on this reason alone unfortunately - I really want to like it, everything else is great, it looks lovely it’s got a good script but I cannot get on with the controls. Maybe I’m missing something or doing it wrong (there’s no tutorial).... Asp Well-Known Member Aug 3, 2017 769 196 43 #4 Asp, Jun 5, 2020 There’s a “highlight areas to interact with” button - square target shape on the inventory bar. A tutorial would have helped. orangecan Well-Known Member Aug 9, 2011 2,000 150 63 #5 orangecan, Jun 5, 2020 Ah, I tried pressing that but it didn’t seem to do anything, tried again this morning and it seems hit and miss, sometimes the highlights appear and sometimes not. And sometimes they appear just for a second and then disappear again.... Asp Well-Known Member Aug 3, 2017 769 196 43 #6 Asp, Jun 5, 2020 Ok, I didn’t explain properly. You have to keep a finger pressed on the icon for the active areas to be highlighted. Then look and remember where they are! ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 999 113 #7 ste86uk, Jun 5, 2020 I too was irritated just randomly tapping everywhere hoping I’ll find something to interact with, is that what point and click is suppose to be like? I don’t really play many. @Asp I used that button but it just seems clunky to show me them for a few seconds and then try to remember...why not just let me toggle it off and on if you’ll let me see anyway. Other than that it looks good. Asp Well-Known Member Aug 3, 2017 769 196 43 #8 Asp, Jun 6, 2020 That’s how they used to be, back in the last century. I regard the highlight button as a cheat; the seasoned adventurer shouldn’t need to use it. But I’m lazy now so I do. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
