The community's leaders and even the local police have surrendered to his will. A master of intimidation and blackmail, Zuev has seized every major business in town, all of which he now controls as his own private fiefdom. But an outlaw band of renegade cops refuses to bow. With little hope of success, they fight on -- for justice and the soul of their town. Gunfights are thrilling, but stealth is key You're fighting a guerilla war, out-manned and out-gunned. Use concealment and cover, approach the enemy quietly, and take them down before they can raise the alarm. You have at your disposal an arsenal of non-lethal weapons and equipment, as well as special tactical perks, which you can unlock as you upgrade your rebels. True, sometimes violence seems inevitable, but when the time comes, don't hesitate: neither you nor the criminals have health bars. When someone is shot, they'll bleed out quickly. Explore, scavenge, and watch your back Rebel Cops features not only compact operations where you need to fight for every inch of ground, but also large open locations to explore -- the sandbox levels. Search each room, crack open safes and vaults, try to get into inaccessible areas -- and grab everything that looks useful. Stay together and proceed with caution, or accept the risks, fan-out, and try to explore every corner. Take the high road, or the low road Zuev's mercilessness is the key to his power. Can you defeat him without playing by his rules? Will you answer the needs of the desperate townspeople, even if it means putting the whole operation at risk? Will you spare civilian guards who are only doing their jobs? Some say that in war, you have to do whatever it takes to survive, but remember: reputation is more valuable than money. Bad blood on the street can easily put your good name in the mud. Merchants will refuse to do business with you, and even some of your own people might turn their backs on you. Features: ● PLAY WITHOUT ADS! ● Tactical „This Is the Police“ spin-off. ● Focus on turned-based tactical operations. ● How long you can hold out when you’re constantly short on supplies? ● No health bars – a single shot can cost a cop their life. ● Be stealthy, be quick, and use your arsenal to full effect. ● Can you defeat the mob without playing by their rules? Brightsiderus Well-Known Member Feb 1, 2017 2,234 540 113 #3 Brightsiderus, Apr 23, 2020 Downloading it now, but I think of it now as a “TiTP 2”, but without map roaming and crime solving. Just plan the attack and go all in. But I’ll see it in a couple of minutes ste86uk likes this. ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 1,003 113 #4 ste86uk, Apr 23, 2020 @Brightsiderus so tempted just to buy it anyway after checking it out more. Let me know how it goes. psj3809 Moderator Jan 13, 2011 12,971 722 113 England #5 psj3809, Apr 23, 2020 Yeah i watched a gameplay video on youtube , think it was the Switch version ? Did look very good, just worried about the small icons on the iphone if someone could let me know. Eg the ones to arrest or shoot/stun etc. Looks very polished though and interested in the big open areas Brightsiderus Well-Known Member Feb 1, 2017 2,234 540 113 #6 Brightsiderus, Apr 23, 2020 Well, it’s as what i was thinking. You go on a story missions and fight the bad guys. I believe that you can do some task on the side to improve people approval and to get some money which you can spend on buying guns, bats, knives and ammo. Good tactical shooter. on a sad side, all the noir video is gone, now there are only messages about story. ste86uk likes this. ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 1,003 113 #7 ste86uk, Apr 23, 2020 @Brightsiderus Yes I just looked at some steam reviews, main complaints seemed to be not a whole lot of story for the game or your cops. Also that the levels were very very long someone said one took him 190 turns. How does saving work on iOS? Can you save at any time or do you need to finish the level? psj3809 Moderator Jan 13, 2011 12,971 722 113 England #8 psj3809, Apr 23, 2020 Okay just bought it, need to keep up my purchasing of premium games (I dont like waiting for sales, devs need the money !) Done the training mission, all very good. A few notes you can select in the mission the text was too small on an iphone xs. Rest of it is fine and the notes probably didnt add much anyway. Very polished, lots to learn on the training misson but so far so good ste86uk and macplash like this. The main text is totally readable, i like the way you can zoom into the actual scene itself. Very polished graphics and that. So far so good ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 1,003 113 #11 ste86uk, Apr 23, 2020 @psj3809 how does saving work? On the steam reviews people said levels can take a long time. Can you save at any point even during a mission and just return where you left off? Rocksaint Well-Known Member Nov 29, 2013 666 367 63 #12 Rocksaint, Apr 23, 2020 You can save any time during missions and as many times as you want. You return to where you left off next time. I feel it’s fundamental to play on mobile. Or else it would have been a game breaker. Missions are long and slow-paced. Also, the saves allow you room to experiment and take risks. ste86uk likes this. ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 1,003 113 #13 ste86uk, Apr 23, 2020 @Rocksaint thanks, that’s good to know. You would think it’s a fundamental need yet so many games still release without proper ways to save whenever you need to get gone. Which seems a shame when you get that close with a good idea and system but then just not to refine, polish and improve. Mercurial Well-Known Member Apr 17, 2020 52 19 8 Male #15 Mercurial, Apr 23, 2020 I enjoyed TITP 1, but not 2, Rebel Cops is a big improvement, enjoying it. I was also worried about the limited saved, but seems they've changed it for mobile. ste86uk likes this. ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 1,003 113 #16 ste86uk, Apr 23, 2020 I caved and purchased this, hopefully find time to check it out tomorrow. With such a high price at worst if I hate it I’ll have to get it refunded which luckily isn’t very hard. But I hope that I enjoy it instead. ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 1,003 113 #17 ste86uk, Apr 24, 2020 I didn’t spend long on this as I found it pretty boring so it’s deleted and refunded now. I’m sure it’ll be good for some people but I went into this with low expectations and it just wasn’t for me.
