The second mode has a catch that if you delete the game, the saves won’t stay. They haven’t heard anything about iCloud, I guess L.Lawliet Well-Known Member Jun 28, 2011 6,405 420 83 #4 L.Lawliet, Mar 17, 2020 The reviews on Android are amazing. I do have high hopes for this. Though for some reason I'm not complete sold on the visual design. Maybe I'll have to see it in action. ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 1,003 113 #5 ste86uk, Mar 17, 2020 I’ve got it pre ordered and I guess if you delete the game you could just offload instead to keep the save? Are the online and offline modes separate then or can you play both with the same character? ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 1,003 113 #6 ste86uk, Mar 17, 2020 Mines downloading now sadly at bed time. I look forward to reading impressions in the morning. anthony78 Well-Known Member Nov 13, 2015 3,128 704 113 #7 anthony78, Mar 18, 2020 Preorder also processed for me in the US. Apparently out early! macplash Well-Known Member Apr 17, 2014 2,645 1,103 113 Male 3D artist Munich, Germany #8 macplash, Mar 18, 2020 What are the IAPs? They're not listed on the App Store and I'm not installing it if it's tangled by a bunch of those. If there's a single one to remove ads or purchase the full game, I'm in. Otherwise I'd have to pass. anthony78 Well-Known Member Nov 13, 2015 3,128 704 113 #9 anthony78, Mar 18, 2020 They are listed in the US store at least. Very minimal $.99 to $1.99 IAPs. Not sure how needed they are but looks promising! macplash Well-Known Member Apr 17, 2014 2,645 1,103 113 Male 3D artist Munich, Germany #10 macplash, Mar 18, 2020 Yes, they are now. I didn’t see them when the game had pre-order status. It’s live now and they’re listed, but looks like there’s a lot of them. Seems to be on cosmetic side, but I’ll rather wait for impressions anyway. This usually solves my issues with crashes of newly installed games. Dunno if it's iOS13 related or iPad related, but it's present and it's solvable. But it's also annoying. I know for mobile it seems really good but I’m not sure it does it for me. I’m also not keen on the dark graphical style but I guess that’s because I’ve been spoilt by some amazing graphics on iOS and I do know you don’t need the graphics to have amazing gameplay. macplash Well-Known Member Apr 17, 2014 2,645 1,103 113 Male 3D artist Munich, Germany #19 macplash, Mar 19, 2020 I'm exactly where @ste86uk is. Except I'm more sure I'm not as much impressed as I was expecting to be (after reading praise like "mobile Diablo" and whatnot). I don't mind the dark style, on the contrary - I spent my fair share of time playing Diablo 3 the moment it came out (well, not exactly "the moment" because servers were down for two hours as with every major game from Blizzard during the global launch), but a fair share of time nonetheless and these kind of dark visuals are right up my alley. But I'm probably spoiled by playing fantastic Pascal's Wager lately to settle for less. I mean, after an hour or so the things are already getting repetitive. The same enemies with borderline embarassing animations, most of the time just walking towards me. And I'm left with a simple swipe or stab and few more "special moves" I upgraded so far - although they doesn't feel any special. Level design is unimaginative. Environment looks the same all the time. I experienced one boss that didn't even attack me - he just kept walking towards me. I'm picking up same items over and over again (not to mention a lot of stuff not even fit for my class). I'll give it another try, althought I highly doubt it's gonna be another full hour and if there's no significant improvement happening soon, I'm just gonna pass on it. ste86uk likes this. anthony78 Well-Known Member Nov 13, 2015 3,128 704 113 #20 anthony78, Mar 19, 2020 Last edited: Mar 19, 2020 Wow. Really didn’t put much time into the game huh? Environments change, enemies change. But to each their own. I’m loving it! On a side note, the mimics in this game have to be one is the most aggressive enemies I’ve faced in any game, lol. Also have to say I’m shocked that this seems to be completely F2P if you so desire. Definitely going to buy an IAP to support the devs. sakara214ever likes this. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
