The tears of a young witch have been turned into a key by a demon to open a gateway to hell. In Cursed Castilla, one takes the role of Don Ramiro, a knight appointed by King Alphonse VI, to fight and banish the evil invading the lands of Tolomera. Don Ramiro will face mouras, Ojáncanos, Nuberus and Malismos: creatures from the European folklore, as well as from chivalric romances such as Amadís de Gaula. For that, one will use a different range of weapons to defeat the enemies, in a pure classic arcade action style. Features: ● Compatible with MFi controllers. ● Haptic vibration. ● iCloud support. ● Game Center achievements and leaderboards. ● Play in landscape or portrait orientation. ● Explore Tolomera del Rey in depth through 8 game stages. ● Fight against more than 48 types of enemies and 19 final bosses. ● Depending on the mission success, meet 1 of the 4 different possible endings. ● Know all the myths featured in the game with the illustrated bestiary. ● Brag about your combat skills with 15 unlockable achievements. ● Yell your battle cry with the songs of the original soundtrack. I have this for Xbox and have to say this a close to perfect port. The touch controls and visuals are spot on I’m glad they ported this over because I rarely play on my Xbox anymore. It’s still pretty brutal also lol. I love the layout I haven’t used my controller with it yet I will eventually try it out though. Just wondering if the game goes full screen while using controller. Capcom needs to wake up and imitate this set up for their emulations lol Gwarmaxx Well-Known Member Feb 2, 2010 4,446 376 83 NCC 1701 #14 Gwarmaxx, Oct 24, 2019 i find both G'nG from Capcom pretty good, the port/emulation is perfect and commands are not perfect but more than acceptable imo. bx59 Well-Known Member Dec 2, 2016 238 116 43 #15 bx59, Oct 24, 2019 Last edited: Oct 25, 2019 A little bug from v1.0.1, when the game loads from the background, sound is gone. Maybe it’s the length of the new iPhone 11 screen that I’m not used to. The game’s hard enough without the death by controls issue. I tried using my mad catz controller but it didn’t seem to work. Also tried in both portrait and landscape but no improvement. Are you guys using the ps4 and xb1 controllers or something? Gwarmaxx likes this. It would be cool if there was an option to go full screen when using a controller. I play on my 8 plus and I like the layout but I understand how people especially on bigger phones might not like it if it’s possibly not optimized properly for that device Qwertz555 Well-Known Member May 22, 2010 2,318 29 48 #19 Qwertz555, Oct 25, 2019 Unfortunately the exact same impressions! (on an iphone 7, latest ios) What a huge shame that the controls are not intuitive at all, and no option for customization. My short given gaming time these days is not ready to fight a control scheme, so if i would rate the game right now...sorry, instead of a desired/meritedly 5 star, it would be only a 3 star. *sorry for my rant* GOD DAM**** it‘s 2019, and still, most of all these developers out there seem not to have any idea what the customers want and/or deserve, or are they simply not capable to code some proper control schemes? Are you really always convinced what you deliver? Don‘t forget, please: your friends or family are NEVER the best testers. NEVER! *rant over* Please, don‘t get me wrong on the controls itselves, they are really super responsive, no doubt about that! stubbieoz likes this. Even an option for a floating d-pad would be better. I hope they can update to make it more user friendly. I really want to finish this lovely game. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
