Hoping it'll get substantially more difficult, otherwise, this won't last long. ROGER-NL Well-Known Member May 21, 2012 4,030 340 83 Male Gamer. It is a bit easy but quite enjoyable. I was wondering if more levels will be added. ? macplash Well-Known Member Apr 17, 2014 2,645 1,103 113 Male 3D artist Munich, Germany #8 macplash, Sep 25, 2019 This game feels like it started as f2p and some changes were made in the end to fit the Apple Arcade model. I mean, collecting coins is fairly pointless. No one would spend them on continues. It's also on the shorter side at the moment. I went through 3 worlds in one sitting 3-staring each stage (eventually). From the description it's like half of the game already. Still, it plays really well. Controls are responsive. I really like it. My only complaint is that my iPad got incredibly hot so I went to settings if there's anything I could do about it just to realize it was running with the highest settings enabled and 120Hz refresh rate (or 120fps lock?) by default. I can't take a look which one was that, I'm running battery calibration test ATM Anyway, setting it to 30 made all the difference and my device doesn't heat up at all now. And gameplay is still silky smooth. Morbus Iff Well-Known Member Sep 9, 2010 236 33 28 #9 Morbus Iff, Sep 25, 2019 I've three-starred through level 45 currently (slightly more than half the game's 80 levels) and, aye, I've not felt compelled to use any coins for continues yet. Some of the levels ARE getting pretty tricky, sure, but the amount of coins you get and the cost of continues (250) is not balanced, IMO; you can't just spam a "continue" to plow through a level (you'll run outta coins too quick), so it's best just to teach your fingers the right way to succeed. The game is great fun to play also, some hectic levels are coming up here. And looks nice too. ROGER-NL Well-Known Member May 21, 2012 4,030 340 83 Male Gamer. The key in your screenshot is that the lasers only hurt you in the middle of a flip animation. As long as you’re not flipping, you can actually “rest” on a laser tile and the beam will shoot over you. Need the video? ROGER-NL likes this. THE NETHERLANDS #14 ROGER-NL, Sep 30, 2019 Did a reset on my device and Gamecenter is back on, I’m on 251 now by the way, you get more points on a level by flipping to the finish in one go, if you stop somewhere the counter goes to zero, that’s why number 1 has over 16.000 points, you need to replay a lot to get to that score but it’s fun, in one level I had 375 points so it can be done, but it’s hard.
