This is legitimately one of the best horror titles on iOS beside the recently released Detention. The controls can be a little clunky and there's been a pretty substantial graphical downgrade compared to the trailer embedded in the first post, but honestly, even though our devices could most probably handle the graphics of the PC/console version, the trade off is a respectable file size (even though 2 gigs is still hefty as all hell) and no device heating/crazy battery drain (at least on XS). The game isn't your typical "thrown together in 5 minutes made-first-and-foremost-to-scare-you escape the room"-type game, but an expansive survival horror game that draws inspiration from Resi Evil, Silent Hill and even Alan Wake. It's also very heavily steeped in lore (almost to a ridiculous degree when you start, with notes littered EVERYWHERE), which I believe is Lovecraftian. It's also STUPIDLY cheap. There's absolutely no reason not to get this. Oh, and took a couple of days to post impressions because I was legitimately scared shitless trying to play this, as the only time I could get to it was late at night. I used it upstairs in Guest room. metalcasket Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Patreon Gold Patreon Bronze May 24, 2010 11,065 1,342 113 Deepest Circle, Hel #8 metalcasket, Sep 14, 2019 Indeed. Only discovered this recently since it seems to be deeply buried in the AppStore and never got a feature from Apple. So it's really that good? The screenshots in the game page didn't really sell me. Maslan266 Well-Known Member Oct 14, 2017 397 56 28 #13 Maslan266, Jan 5, 2020 Just went ahead and bought it since it was pretty cheap. Played a bit and not the biggest fan Pros: 1. Nice voice acting and storyline 2. Great attention to detail 3. Fully premium-No ads or microtransactions Cons: 1. Poor visuals 2. Character often blocks your view, and somehow it's more frequent here than in Forgotten Memories 3. Not scary, in fact when I encountered the enemy I started laughing 4. Sometimes it lags and glitches 5. Cluttered screen 6. It's....confusing in general (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
