The majority of the gaming population and the population in general are compatible with 3D tech and like with the DS, when they get their hands on the 3DS and see it for themselves, most will be won over. Nintendo have already coined a marketing term "Believe Your Eyes" for the all-out event tomorrow. You can bet that term will part of the on-the-road launch demos that Nintendo has planned (just as they did with the DS back in 2004). Most won't care whatever tabloid exaggeration is out there when they will be given the chance to see for themselves.
The price is set to $249.99 and it's releasing on Mar. 27 in the US. Not bad. Time for me to start saving up.
