Apparently you're unfamiliar with "lurkers". Lurkers are heartless beings that patrol the site, too lazy to make an account. All they do is leech, and not contribute. Lurkers took the rest of the codes, and without having an account, they can't tell you they took a code/give feedback/leave a review.
