Whoa, that's pretty cool. Great find, bro.

Yeah, the framerate of the iDevices would make this easy to do at a very quick rate, but I guess it would make things look as if they were shaking all the time.

While it's not exactly "True" 3D, i think it's a pretty neat effect...

lol, old news, all this is doing is tricking your mind just like duckboat convinces you it's moving:

There is only one image of the duckboat. The straight-gray frame makes it look like the boat is moving.

At least, that's what I think is happening.

You can easily slot a window in front of your iPhone screen, and make certain apps run in 3D. However, this product has recieved pretty damn bad reviews so far.

I got this app--Holograms--a while back and it's pretty cool. It lets you convert the photos on your Touch to a 3D image (only without the shaking...) It also has the option to convert it to an anaglyph image that can be viewed with the red-blue glasses. There is also a video of how it works on YouTube.

Really?!?! And there was me thinking the gif was actually protruding from my screen and I was able to reach out and touch all of the 3D objects in the magic picture :eek::eek:

Good thing we have you to put us straight!
