This is an official sequel and the third story of SRPG Mystery of Fortune that was released in 2014 and 2016. Go for an adventure to find Meteor Dragon hid deep inside of the dungeon and search for "the Ether Ambergris", the source of all magic. - The Game Functions 1. The first full-3d characters and backgrounds in the series 2. Limitless strategies of combining 25 various classes and over 80 different skills. 3. A battle macro system for making your own battle styles. 4. More diverse items to equip and enhancement system without failure. 5. An arena battle league system for online users to compete their strategies. 6. A cloud storage system for you to save and load data despite OS types. - The Game Rules 1. All battles are automated. Players can raise units for battle, equip them with items or make your own strategies before entering battle. 2. Before entering battle, players must designate a battle AI called battle macro for every unit. For example, you must combine conditions and executions such as "use skill number 1 when you meet nearby enemies" and "recover when HP is less than 50%" to optimize strategies for battle. 3. Listen to rumors, get strategy hints, buy items and battle macro to prepare for next battle in a bar before entering the dungeon. 4. Players will only observe battle. You can explore the dungeon automatically or move your units manually. 5. Players can change equipment or adjust battle macros to respond to various monster strategies. 6. Players can find hidden treasure boxes or fallen units during exploration. When the fallen units are rescued and brought back to the lobby, they can become party members. 7. When all enemies are eliminated on a floor, you can move down to the next floor. If all your units are eliminated in battle, the dungeon exploration will end. - Cloud Save 1. Regardless of your OS types, you can recover the game data from the cloud server when you change your gaming device or initialize the game due to save data errors once you upload the game data to the server. 2. You can create a new account with your email ID to log in the cloud server. 3. To save the data in the cloud, click the cloud save button on the bottom right of the title screen to log in and synchronize your data to the server through the cloud data save function. 4. To change your gaming device or recover data, you can load the saved cloud data. In this case, click the cloud load button. Information Seller:Dotomchi Games Inc. It has since dropped to the current price for whatever reason. Asp Well-Known Member Aug 3, 2017 769 196 43 #9 Asp, Jul 19, 2019 Probably they realised $5 was too much to charge for a freemium game, which this is. After paying the present $1 entry price then there is the usual array of IAP ranging from $1 to $100. I had to go and lie down when I realised this. I’m still trying to understand the game mechanics. Whilst it follows the current trend of automation in RPGs - auto combat only, plus options for auto explore and auto equip, the characters only have rudimentary AI to start with. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to build up an AI program for each character to deal with combat and other events in the dungeons. Basically, each character program comprises up to 10 sequential steps, with each step having 2 instructions, such as “nearest enemy” = “use normal attack”. There are 10 classes of instructions, each of which has a similar number of individual actions. It looks like some fairly complex sequences can be built up having steps like “on the fourth loop” = “attack enemy with 60% damage”, or in other situations “use lock pick”, and so on. Only a few commands are available to begin with, and additional ones are bought with in-game or real currency. I seem to be only scratching the surface of the iceberg so far and not sure if I’ll have the time and intelligence to get far with it! Asp Well-Known Member Aug 3, 2017 769 196 43 #10 Asp, Jul 20, 2019 A note for anyone crazy enough to buy this, is not to start out using auto-explore like I did. Your party will be taken by the quickest route through a dungeon, thus missing hidden areas containing loot and characters who can be recruited. Start with manual explore and switch to auto if revisiting that area later. After much faffing about I completed a battle macro. Actually very easy once you’ve got the hang, and there is a handy copy/paste to apply successful AI’s to multiple characters. I also noticed another useful feature in that 10 different AI sets can be saved and quickly selected for varying dungeon challenges. It’s a steep learning curve, but watching fighters who I trained is making the mandatory auto-combat more interesting. Son of Anarchy likes this. RyGnwn New Member Aug 20, 2019 3 2 3 Male #11 RyGnwn, Aug 20, 2019 Been playing for a week, reached 1000+ floor and unlocked all class. I really enjoy this game, since I can leave my phone and do my work while checking every once in a while. As long as you can survive the first couple hours, where you only had weak heroes, the rest will be awesome. It's not really pay to win, since this game has clear caps on level and equipment and there's no premium class or equipment. By the time PVP launched, a lot of free players would have 5 level 9999 Hero with maxed out Equipment, and the rest is determined by the strategy (Macros and team composition), just like Mystery of Fortune 2. Asp likes this. Asp Well-Known Member Aug 3, 2017 769 196 43 #12 Asp, Aug 20, 2019 Are you serious RyGnwn? 1000+ floors in a week! You must be a master tactician or have some sort of arcane knowledge. I’ve yet to pass floor 20, being routinely beaten by the goblin king on floor 21. Even so, this is still my top app at the moment; I hesitate to call it a game. Really clever concept and very different from anything else. Would you happen to know anyone who knows when PVP will be launched? RyGnwn New Member Aug 20, 2019 3 2 3 Male #13 RyGnwn, Aug 21, 2019 My early strategy was to assign each hero to its task, and then make a path for his optimal Skills. For example : - TANK : First Aid, Attracting Enemies, Protect, Shield Mastery. - DPS : Apply Poison, Dual Sword Mastery, other strong skills - AOE : Just get to Cannoneer, and later Summoner - SUPPORT : Lockpicking, Ether Gathering, Ressurection, Prayer - my 5th character is usually a random guy I brought along to help him level for Dispatch Mission. So to get the best Tank, my path is : Soldier - Knight - Temple Knight - Meister - Paladin. The ultimate goal is to get to Royal Guard, as the Protect Shield is godly skills that gives x4 HP to all hero. Combine that with Prayer and Ressurection, and your tank will be really hard to kill. Getting the class point fast is easy, just level your character to 25 for each class (Lv 25 Soldier, Lv 25 Archer, Lv 25 Thief, etc) until you reach your goal, it would only take a few run. You can also do 50 for each if you dont have the class card yet. Another tips, healing is useless in the early game, since the best heal comes from level up, so just use a macros like "Friendly under 50% HP - Carpet Bombing" or any other strong AoE spell to clear the wave and trigger level up when your tank's HP is low. Asp Well-Known Member Aug 3, 2017 769 196 43 #15 Asp, Aug 21, 2019 Thanks for the detailed insight and pointing out my ineffective use of First Aid. I was wondering about that. I think this information should be included in the tutorial. After some upgrading and restructuring of macros my party can finally defeat the goblin king. Now need to get everybody levelled up past 50 to make further progress. Quoad Well-Known Member Apr 17, 2015 1,108 217 63 #16 Quoad, Aug 21, 2019 I’ve refunded another recent purchase and bought this, to balance out the books. (I won’t be playing the other buy, unfortunately. Too slow!) First thoughts: gosh. Complex, isn’t it? Complicated, even. I’m on new steroids for a chest infection and not thinking too well, so I think this is a bit of a “maybe later” game #rofl Asp Well-Known Member Aug 3, 2017 769 196 43 #17 Asp, Aug 21, 2019 I was well confused at first. The tutorial is basic and lacks an overview of what’s going on, which is needed as it doesn’t follow the usual RPG template. Took me several days to figure it out, concentrating on one section at a time. Best place to start is to become familiar with setting up the characters’ AI. Then there is the equipment upgrading which is slightly weird. On returning from a dungeon expedition you need to visit the Item Store where collected items will appear, and the items indicated with a star are the ones to buy for upgrading existing weapons and armour. After that take a look at the character classes and levelling. It may be best to wait for a clear head free from steroids. Get well soon! Quoad Well-Known Member Apr 17, 2015 1,108 217 63 #18 Quoad, Aug 21, 2019 And I need to gather crystals to buy new commands? That bit does look very IAP-y! No? Asp Well-Known Member Aug 3, 2017 769 196 43 #19 Asp, Aug 21, 2019 Yes. I mentioned in a previous post about this being premium freemium, and my subsequent reaction. However, I got over it. Crystals, or orbs as they are called here, are required to buy commands and also to enhance equipment. So far I have been earning sufficient from dungeon runs, though of course this may change at later levels. Quoad Well-Known Member Apr 17, 2015 1,108 217 63 #20 Quoad, Aug 21, 2019 Yeah, I saw that but then got the impression that IAPs were not necessary.
