Not entirely sold by the video or description, but it’s a premium app with solid potential. So I’ll give it a shot (which otherwise I might not have) and delete / refund if it just isn’t hitting the mark. You will be cut off if you do a bunch. Want to say maybe 3 every six months? L.Lawliet likes this. All on the Steam principle - give it a go, and if I’m just not going to play it (particularly if the game is broken / lazy / genuinely shite) then delete and refund. Used to be limited. Like, one or two every couple of years. That changed a while back. (Last year?) I’m much more willing to experiment with DLs now and have far less buyer’s remorse. anthony78 Well-Known Member Nov 13, 2015 3,128 703 113 #15 anthony78, Jun 21, 2019 Strange. I know I haven’t had many and when I did one recently it said “it didn’t meet the terms and conditions for a refund” or something like that. And, yes, I’ve tried all the various reasons the have in the drop down. Guess they just don’t like me! sharfaust likes this. I’ve had one a few years back and none since. I always get the ‘did not meet requirements’. I wish I knew everybody else’s secret just so I could return games with legitimate problems. On a side note, I really like the look and theme of this game. Gonna get it soon, would love to hear if the touch controls are good first though. sharfaust and anthony78 like this. dukat111 Well-Known Member Mar 23, 2010 514 94 28 #17 dukat111, Jun 21, 2019 How do you get Apple to issue you refunds? They have refused 100% of my requests the last 2 years for a handful of games I didn't like even though I've spent thousands in the app store. malaheart and Son of Anarchy like this. geoelectric Well-Known Member Apr 22, 2010 464 22 18 San Jose, CA #18 geoelectric, Jun 21, 2019 My guess is it’s because he’s not in the US.
