Really good ! Never liked the film but this games great Brightsiderus Well-Known Member Feb 1, 2017 2,233 538 113 #5 Brightsiderus, May 2, 2019 It looks like one, but not plays like one anthony78 Well-Known Member Nov 13, 2015 3,124 703 113 #6 anthony78, May 2, 2019 Ah, ok. Did notice the perspective is even different than CounterSpy but still looks like it’s worth a shot. Actually gives me more of a Mark of the Ninja vibe. anthony78 Well-Known Member Nov 13, 2015 3,124 703 113 #7 anthony78, May 2, 2019 This is really good but they need to give the option to move the joystick. It’s actually a floating joystick but the physical representation of it is in a really odd place on iPhone X at least. I’d actually prefer to not even have it displayed onscreen at all. Quoad Well-Known Member Apr 17, 2015 1,108 217 63 #8 Quoad, May 2, 2019 Literally what I came here to post. Playing on an iPad mini (which I’d argue is the finest apple gaming offer going!) and the joystick position is a total dog. Fixed (yuck) and far too central. It’s just the graphical representation is too centered. Move it or just remove it! It doesn’t feel like it’s a floating control to me, more that the visible controls are slightly off in terms of the touch area. I would say that I don’t think it’s spoiling my experience though just that it feels a bit distracting. Absolutely Fair play to the devs/owners of the IP for going for a well crafted premium title instead of sone freemium bollocks and I hope it pays off for them. Like a huge hit box. But you can touch the top part of the screen to go up and the bottom part of the screen to go down, etc. Skall Well-Known Member Oct 25, 2009 500 60 28 #13 Skall, May 3, 2019 Hi hi is it mfi supported? We really appreciate your wonderful feedback and we will consider working on the joystick position to make your gaming experience better for larger devices. We wanted our player to have more flexibility on the jump and all our playtests indicated that players needed more space throughout the screen area to be able to jump. Hence, we fixed the joystick position to create a balance between jump and control mechanics. That said, we understand your concern and there are definitely ways in which control scheme can be improved. Please do let us know if you have any more feedback for us in making this game better. We always appreciate it when devs join the discussion. This game has been one of the big surprises of recent months, and I can really appreciate the thought and effort that went into it. Or does "there are definitely ways in which control scheme can be improved" mean that mfi could be implemented somewhere down the line? So many games here are asked about mfi, just wish Apple would f i n a l l y add one silly "mfi supported yes/no" line to the App Store descriptions. Skall and stubbieoz like this.
