Definitely has the contra/metal slug type vibe down for mobile. Also appreciate all the added elements of upgrading and layer of strategy there. Personally I would love mifi support, but maybe not worth it for them to provide. Im starting to feel like mifi is a dying trend. Shame since touch screens aren't the same as a controller, but whatever. Agreed with above that pvp experience could be better. Would also love unique weapons that change your skills to allow more strategy. Anyone have any tips/guides they know of? I usually play these kinds of games for the single player content, and this hasn’t disappointed yet — nice variety of enemies, level designs, and even stage objectives. The boss fights are not especially hard, but they do change the pace without wearing out their welcome. As to the FTP stuff, the game hasn’t struck me as particularly greedy. One scummy practice, however, is making the boss rewards paid content (!). It’s kind of deflating to finally beat a boss the get teased with a cool looking weapon/armor that your have to shell money for. To be clear, the game gives you a lot of stuff for free (and the boss rewards are not really needed, as far as I can tell) but I’m sure this practice is going to rub some people the wrong way. That ruins the experience of this kind of game for me. Fast Forward Studio likes this. The crafting system, the upgrade system, the gear, the missions, the different characters with different abilities, the endless mode (bunker mode). There's a ton to do in this game. Its like a Metal Slug with little RPG things. They said they will be working on a real time pvp better than the actual one. This game has the potential to be HUGE. Fast Forward Studio likes this. We are going to improve the PVP system in one of the future updates. To tell you the truth, we plan to improve lots of features and add new ones for sure (heroes, ships, missions, bosses, also we are thinking about coop mode for example)! It is very important for us to read your suggestions and reviews. We also want to create a site or smth like that where we can collect guides and tips. EmilianoDTH Well-Known Member Feb 25, 2019 103 29 28 Male #9 EmilianoDTH, Apr 23, 2019 Nice. Glad to know you are looking forward to improve the game, specially the PVP. I'm loving it, and I'm not a real fan of platformers since I get bored of them after 2 days, but this game has much more depth than others of the same genre: The crafting/rpg/base building/leveling/economy elements are awesome. Co-Op would be freaking fun, pairing up with another player around the world and surviving hordes of enemies sounds great. I submitted a ticket the first day I played the game because of a bug (if you uncheck the music/sound boxes -i play games without sound-, they both automatically get enabled after re opening the game) and I got a reponse they were looking to fixing it a couple of hours later. So nice support in there. Keep it up guys!! PS: I love the fact that the game automatically syncs with GameCenter. I play it either on my Ipad and my iPhone. Something I rarely say or support anymore. Gameplay is just so damn fun and rewarding. I happily bought the first booster/deal they offered and I wouldn’t be sad if I spent another few dollars on the game. New items like equipment and guns keep the game feeling fresh and exciting so far throughout. I’d definitely recommend this game to anyone who enjoys pick up & play or action/adventure genres. Only the best games come from true gamers. The balance of greed has to be outweighed by this love for nostalgia. Cause older games like myself (40yr old) can’t help but flash back to Nintendo, the Arcades, pinball & culture. Free to play is modern to today but I can only hope devs continue to carry those old torches for us. So the balance can keep us gaming! Keep up the great work Fast Forward Studio! The only step down I see so far are the prices. They are a little high imo. I was waiting for a dogtags offer to show up, cus I desperetaly need them. And an 'offer' just came up, offering just 1200 dotags (which I can get them in the Bunker) for 3 dollars. I mean, c'mon... you can offer more dogtags in the offer. Not to mention that to get the legendary hero you must pay 100 bucks. Other than this, the game is brilliant. Hopefully you can get some bugs fixed (like the one that the sounds keep getting enabled despite turning them off) and lower the prices a bit. Fast Forward Studio likes this. EmilianoDTH Well-Known Member Feb 25, 2019 103 29 28 Male #15 EmilianoDTH, Apr 25, 2019 A nice improvement you can add is being able to tap an enemy to change the aim. Sometimes you have a lot of enemies on screen, and want to attack the bigger one first and you can't because the aim is pointing to the small enemies. That would be good.
