However, the level of translation in English is not very natural. Just to get the two deal breakers (for many folks around here, anyway) out of the way, the game does not use the full iPhone X screen, and the translations are kinda awful. But there is a real story, as well as characters and world building, and the combat is fluid and fast-paced, which is often not the case with iOS SRPGs. What it lacks in complexity it makes up by presenting real tactical challenges. The animations are surprisingly fluid, too. Son of Anarchy and ThirdMoon like this. Visually it’s not impressive — think PS2 era — and the translation is definitely distracting. But otherwise ThirdMiracle delivers everything you expect from an SRPG: a compelling story, memorable characters, intriguing plot twists, and tactical combat that is often thrilling, with narrow escapes, close-call victories, and satisfying last-minute power moves. The game reward careful play, making super attacks available only if you save moves earlier in the battle. I’m thoroughly hooked. I suspect that this was originally a PC game — there’s a 2010/2019 copyright on the opening screen. If that’s the case, they may have aesthetic or gameplay reasons to keep the field of play intact.
