After a long journey, at last we landed in App Store and Google Play Euler is shy and doesn't like to brag, but I have to point out what makes him special: Despite featuring a cute nerdy elephant, this game contains puzzles that will put your brain at work. Euler's heartwarming story will keep you engaged as much as the gameplay itself. You'll see ads only when you ask for them. Let me know what you think, and I'll pass your impressions on to Euler. Or just play the game. He'll be happy to have company. emkay New Member Mar 7, 2019 2 0 1 Male #3 emkay, Mar 8, 2019 I don't get the point of this crayon on the map? The levels are interesting, but I barely use the map, let alone this crayon. momcil0 Member Mar 7, 2019 8 0 1 Male #4 momcil0, Mar 8, 2019 Those who played the game during development were so divided in their opinions regarding map / level view that it was impossible to decide which to keep. So, as you can see, both were kept In fact, this duality even made it to the store desciption: But, to answer your question: Crayon is used for planning. You draw symbols on the map to mark for yourself which bridges you will cross so that you don't lose count while planning your path. Makes more sense in complex levels, but below I'm attaching a screenshot of W1L1 map with symbols on it just as an example - you decide that you will leave the lower-left bridge intact and will cross another 6 to get to the other side. However, feel free to play in your own style! If you prefer the level view over the map - that is completely fine. Rock on! emkay New Member Mar 7, 2019 2 0 1 Male #5 emkay, Mar 11, 2019 I'm at level 12 of the icy world, yay! Man, those horizontal teleports were a tough nut to crack, but I learned to love them by now, lol. However, the reason I looked for this forum post was not to brag. I want to know if you can make the elephant go a little faster? It's not a big deal, but sometimes I solve the puzzle in my head and then I just have to destroy the bridges and that's then I reeeeaaaaally want him to go faster. momcil0 Member Mar 7, 2019 8 0 1 Male #6 momcil0, Mar 12, 2019 Great job! Well, are you tapping the bridges one by one or you tap them all and create a path? Euler speeds up when there are more bridges on his path. If even then he's going too slow... Well, he's an elephant after all modsto New Member Mar 13, 2019 3 0 1 Female #7 modsto, Mar 13, 2019 I decided to give this game a go ONLY bc it was free. And maybe, just maybe, bc I was attracted by the cute little elephant thingy (I guess that's the last girly part of me remaining). And... I liked it overall! I mean, the puzzles are really something! I love the story, I loooove how the elephant moves, and it keeps me occupied. And I feel soooooooo smart for getting to world 2. The one flaw that I see is that the game looks like it's made for kids, but it's actually a real puzzle for an adult's brain. Might be misleading and people who like this kind of game might pass on it because it looks so childish visually. All in all - good job! momcil0 Member Mar 7, 2019 8 0 1 Male #8 momcil0, Mar 14, 2019 Oh, I got that a significant number of times already. But it seems you like the elephant (and everyone else does in the end), so I'll need to think of a way to show the players that it's a challenging puzzler despite the "childish" appearance. Thanks for playing all the same! momcil0 Member Mar 7, 2019 8 0 1 Male #9 momcil0, May 3, 2019 Euler the Elephant has received its first update! In the new version, you are able to finish levels quickly, to get rewarded for regular playing, customize Euler's looks and much more. momcil0 Member Mar 7, 2019 8 0 1 Male #10 momcil0, Jun 12, 2019 Version 1.0.2. is live in the store! (Android version has been featured in Indie Highlights) The main improvement is that the game is not that difficult anymore: you can now finish level with an imperfect score and advance to the next one.
