I lost on the third level because dice rolled 1 that activated enemy attack, but not 6. The results based on luck and not on skill. So if you equip with the right weapons and shields, whatever the dice rolls, there will always be something to do: Attack, parry, reroll, wait... Anyway, appreciated that you gave my game a try Cheers Asp Well-Known Member Aug 3, 2017 769 196 43 #8 Asp, Feb 16, 2019 Something of a slow burner, I think. Downloaded a couple of days ago and quickly deleted. Downloaded again yesterday, tried a a few matches and deleted. Downloaded again today (I used to be undecided but now I’m not so sure), and discovered the combination of equipping and gambling as mentioned in Davideogames’ previous post. It’s become quite tactical now I’ve got the hang, but it took a while. I’ve won all matches so far this time round. Haven’t deleted today. Hope I’ve helped with the dev’s download count! Davideogames Member Feb 15, 2019 10 2 3 Male #10 Davideogames, Feb 16, 2019 As the developer, I tried to make the game as fair as possible for everyone. You can buy chests with better weapons, but you get a chance after each battle to win the same chests for free (the odds are low, but if you play long enough, you will win those chests). You can gain minions, but the only thing you can do if you pay is to get them faster by skipping the waiting time. You gain stones to equip on gears by playing in the tournaments (or by paying). So basically, if you play often you can reach the top without paying. As a proof, 4 of the Top 10 players didn't spend at all in the game. Quoad likes this. Not given much time so far, but if this is is a solo persons labour of love, double congratulations as it looks very professional. Note: it’s not much, but game is good enough for me to happily give 1.99 for the first pop up offer. I like to get this in nice and early as I hate being tempted to be a ‘100% free to play’ player as those guys are just leeches ;-) Davideogames likes this. I know you don't actually have to answer this as you dont 'pay' for prize rolls, but I am getting miffed at the complete lack of sixes and I can't be THAT unlucky. - the dice boxes - are they locked to the character on purchase or can you freely switch on each character and only need to buy 1 of each type of dice box once? - the tack counters, they only count down when online? 12 hours for 2 crystals has now been 19 hours and still not done Some thoughts - when upgrading, can we have it so whatever you clicks on just appears in the three boxs and then you only need to confirm once on forge, rather than have to click each item -> use three times - When in PVP and you VIEW a character, you don't see the user name so when you come out, you need to double check you have the right user to make sure it the same person you are about to attack - Can we have a 'quick dice' option like the modern day gamebooks do on tablet rather than having to watch the roll animation each time - Same with zooming into the dice chest, can we have an option to remove transition animations That's it for now, great job. It is a delight for me And thank you for spending, always appreciated^^ To answer your questions: - Cloud Saving : It requires some kind of authentification (email + password) or unique user ID, which are unknown tech to me. I need to investigate to see how it can be done technically (as you know, I am a "One-man team" and not the best programmer ever ) - The dice rolls are 100% random. I use the physics engine of Unity and never interfere with it. So, if you have a feeling of not having 6, it's just bad luck - The dice box are shared by all the characters : When you buy one, you can use it for all your characters - For your suggestions, they are all good (and very speedy game oriented ). I am also in favor of speedy games. There is just the "Quick dice" that I wouldn't do as all the players would believe that the game is cheating if they don't see the 3D dice rolling (you already think that the game is cheating even if you see the dice rolling, so imagine if you just had the result ^^) - I fixed the bug about the time of the tasks not being updated when the game was paused. Thank you for reporting it. It will in the next update coming in a few weeks. Again, thank you for your feedback. I didn't get any review of the game so far, so any feedback is very appreciated! Left a review. 4/5 but cloud saving (or another big update that you may surprise us with) will take it to 5. Not being able to enjoy whilst travelling is a little frustrating and committed to iPad now You have assured me the game dice are fine, and I believe you, and it was only on the prize rolls I was ummming.. however check the screenshot Little more feedback - the egg gathering section is a fancy interface but I think simplification would help. When you collect an egg, you are taken to the inventory. You then go back and have to scroll back to the relevant area. Also sometimes it’s starts at a random place like 100 teeth which I don’t have - take back dice. I have lost so many battles by accidental clicking a dice. Would be nice to be able to try various strategies and then commit. - sell from prize screen. I no longer collect lvl 1 and 0 and just want to sell them Davideogames Member Feb 15, 2019 10 2 3 Male #17 Davideogames, Feb 28, 2019 Thanks for the review And you got a very nice dice roll I see For your feedback: - Egg gathering: you are right. I will fix it in the next update - Undo actions: I understand that it's useful and I already had a look how to do it, and I must say that from the programming side, it's a nightmare to be able to go back in time to undo actions, especially because of weapons special abilities... so I've been putting this feature in my backlog, hoping to be super motivated at one point to tackle this one.... - Sell all : I need to see how to do it, but it could be an interesting feature. Btw, I don't know how it works, but as you've been playing the game quite deeply, would you be interested to do a review of Orc Dungeon on the Touch Arcade review section?
