People always ask us, "Can I carry cool weapons like this in real life?" No, you cannot. COWABUNGA This hilarious card crawl will delight you with its incredible art style, soundtrack, and puntastic dialogue. Chug a gallon of power milk for strong bones before heading into battle. We're planning on plenty of updates, so feedback is welcome as well! @badmanj I want to mention that our collection of usage data is innocuous--it's just gameplay stats, and Apple is collecting usage data regardless in a way that we can't opt out of, so our publisher was advised by GDPR consultants/legal counsel to have include this dialog since it's a global launch. stubbieoz and PBSNellie like this. We're a small team with one artist and two devs who double as the game designers, writers, community managers, playtesters, etc. So it's great hearing that the game connects with an audience. We pitched a prototype of the game to 10+ publishers and we lucked out finding IronHorse who were happy to let us run with the core idea. aconfusedkender likes this. aconfusedkender Well-Known Member Sep 28, 2012 1,362 122 63 Oil & Gas Kendermore, Ansalon #11 aconfusedkender, Feb 13, 2019 Can’t wait to try it out on Friday when I get paid! We don't want to launch there until we're 100% sure it feels fair. It's on our TODO list for updates. Already started coding it... FYI, We are just floored with the reviews on iOS. Globally we are at 4.8 starts with 40+ reviews (5.0 in the US) after 24 hours. It's not an intense game by any stretch of the imagination, but we did polish and tweak and obsess to make it feel like some we would want to play. ioso likes this. ioso Well-Known Member Jul 6, 2017 123 27 28 Male #17 ioso, Feb 14, 2019 Nice, waiting for the cloud sync support and you will get my money ponywolf likes this. anthony78 Well-Known Member Nov 13, 2015 3,128 704 113 #18 anthony78, Feb 14, 2019 Ah, that probably explains the use of coins to unlock dungeons, which I thought was pretty weird. (She brought it up as well...) We totally shouldn't make premium users buy dungeons, because it's an extra couple of steps that aren't needed because you'll almost always have enough gold. Next update I'll yank it out. stubbieoz and anthony78 like this. Yosup New Member Feb 1, 2019 4 1 3 #20 Yosup, Feb 14, 2019 I have played the game for a couple of hours and I just unlocked the trident. Gold has been a non issue so far. Really enjoying the game. One thing I’ve noticed however is that most of the time newly introduced mechanics go mostly unused for quite a few dungeons. For example I’ve barely seen any fireballs and freezes and almost haven’t seen any of the show hidden spells. Other than this seems like a perfectly fun, if a bit simplistic game.
