I just watched the gameplay video on the App Store page and actually laughed out loud. It’s got these goofy cartoon figures for a game that’s focused on solving some really gruesome murders, and I love how in the App Store video they had to add a blur over a murdered dude and the hatchet the killer is holding. I mean, who knows. Yeah the game uses "cartoon" as you say but at lest they do look like the people they represent. There is no energy time in the game so you will finish the game in your first setting, after that you given the option to buy a season pass or Episode 2. Of course this is the crunch just how many episodes have they got planed or are willing commit too depending on IAP sales. To make a Season pass worth purchasing.
