      I downloaded 33rd Division yesterday when it was free. The game plays fine, but there's no icon... just a blank white icon button that says 33rd Division underneath it.
      I deleted it, then re-downloaded it twice. I rebooted my Touch to see if that would help, and it didn't. Anyone else ever have this issue with a missing icon?
      I'm not going to complain too loudly since the game was free, but I would like to fix it if possible, since the blank icon is ugly...

      Good news: there's a fix (it's not a particularly rare problem, can happen with any app).

      Bad news: I don't remember it.

      that happened to me with the 3.0 beta, mmm i think I had fixed with a restore or firmware upgrade.

      I could be wrong, but I believe I read on these forums that if you download the game to iTunes on your computer and then sync your iDevice with said computer, it should fix the problem.

      Thanks--I'll give that a try. If it doesn't work, I'll just live with it. Not really worth it to do the whole restore thing over one glistening white icon...
      :)

      This happened to me
      a restore will fix it and prevent it from happening again, for me atleast

      At one time I was board and looked at the iPhone logs while syncing and I found when it says syncing with no other status it is refreshing app icons. So if it downloads to your computer with a icon it should fix it
