The controls are similar to ‘Downwell’ & if you can get used to the slightly cramped positioning, they feel fantastic. The whole game feels fresh & the level design is excellent. There’s a difficult to reach star in each level that adds replay value and/or the good kind of frustration for perfectionists. Plus unlockables in the form of new ‘slimes’ and different colour scales if you’re sick of black & white. Cool little game. Was able to finish all the levels with all stars, and was surprised to see that after completely finishing the game you unlock an extra set of hard levels. They are just that too, hard as heck, but I’m a little over half way through those. I’ll finish them eventually, I hope. Been a couple levels added already via updates. Hopefully more are on the way. I love the black and white pixel style of this game . kinda like the first iteration of DERE EVIL EXE
This is a very good small scale platformer. The controls are similar to ‘Downwell’ & if you can get used to the slightly cramped positioning, they feel fantastic.
