If you’ve played Brawl Stars (still in soft-launch in CA) then this will feel familiar. However there’s a lot that sets this apart and makes it unique. 3v3 brawls with multiple gamemodes - team deathmatch, resource control point, siege and defend, etc. The graphics are slick and PvP matches run smooth and without lag in my experience. You can aim via tapping or switch to twin stick in the options menu. Probably my FAVORITE part about this title is that you create your own class of tank. Your tank is made up of multiple parts, and a pilot. There are no set classes of tank. Instead you create your own from tons of option for each part. And of course each part is unlockable and upgradeable via a card collection system. Want a beefy tank that can hide and bushes with a Tesla cannon? Or how about a speedy tank with a flamethrower? Etc etc, was to up to you. Furthermore, as you level up the parts special abilities and passive come into play, making the whole thing super fun to find your play style and develope around it. My main gripe and the reason why I uninstalled it is because they start to punish you hard early on for losing, specially because most game modes are team based, so if you get paired with people who don't know how to play, or against people who payed to get upgrades early on, you're going to lose a lot of trophies. And you really need them so you get better chests and get better upgrades. I saw the F2P misery cycle from Clash Royale early on and decided to stop playing. I'm guessing it can be good if you drop some bucks at it every now and then, otherwise... Save yourself the suffering.
