I got a SSR Nemesis on my first batch roll (from the Dark Knights summon). I confess that I just assumed the first roll was guaranteed an SSR. paolopingol Well-Known Member Sep 25, 2016 48 0 6 IT Programmer/Digital Arts #8 paolopingol, Jun 18, 2018 Awesome game. Add me up: ArryStar Any games like this also? Googgi78 Active Member Dec 30, 2014 29 0 1 #9 Googgi78, Jun 18, 2018 I’m with you! This has been by far my favorite hero collection rpg type game yet (and I feel like I’ve played them all). Nothing ground breaking in the mechanics, but a lot of polish especially in the 3rd ability anamation. Few things that I wish were different: 1) Ability to access evolve, lvl up, runes, etc. from the character screen rather than having to back out and go to those specific menus. 2) English voice acting Other than that this game is spot on and really scratches the strategic rpg itch. I recommend to all. Egokiller Well-Known Member Mar 19, 2013 55 1 8 #10 Egokiller, Jun 18, 2018 One big draw of this game is the fact that it is playable in either landscape or portrait. Just rotate the phone and it switches without having to go into options to make the change. Being able to play landscape while sitting on the couch and portrait while walking into work is amazing. I cant comment too much on actual game play yet since I have spent the last day re-rolling. Will see how far I'll get without spending any money and re-rolling. Edit: Now I've been playing for 2 and a half weeks, I can give a fairly accurate review of this game. Pros: - Quite fun, lots of things to do. Boss challenge, arena, raids, coop raids, etc. There's lots of dailies to that rewards gems (the paid currency). - Auto battle feature is a good time saver, though the AI isn't too smart at times. For easy content grinding it's perfect. - Animations, menu interface and the feel of the app is top notch. Menus are clean and easy to navigate. - The app has almost no loading time, perfect for when you just want to break it out for a few minutes of playing (which usually turns out a lot longer...). Again just reiterating that just navigating the menu in the app itself is one of the best F2P/Gacha/mobile game I've ever seen. - Enough currency for F2P players to enjoy themselves for the first few weeks. Cons: - Quite P2W, like most of Netmarble's games. Arena is almost impossible if you don't have a full team of 5* as you reach mid ranks. You need a bunch of developed 5* to succeed, as one or two 5* will get you nowhere. Anything below 5* (other than a handful of characters) will become a burden in PVP. - Endgame is basically PVP, so if you're not into that then there's little to do after you finish the story. - Story is quite boring and skippable. - Grind heavy, though while not as bad compared to other games, I think you can max 80% of 1 character in a week's time of playing casually. - Gacha rate is below average, you can roll 10 10x and still get no 5*. No guarantee gacha until now, and that's at 10 rolls. (Translates to roughly USD$15 for 1 guarantee character). You might think that's not that bad, but then remember you need a bunch of 5* to do well in PVP. And they are bound to release new characters with powercreep. I'm still playing regularly, but can feel the repetitiveness and P2W wall coming. As a F2P, I've enjoyed the few weeks of my time, but I dont see it lasting longer than a month or two on my phone.
